Job Title: Product Listing Specialist

Job Type: Full-Time
Pay Range: $15 - $20 per hour

Job Summary:
Scale Warehouse and More, a leading provider of industrial scales and weighing solutions, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Product Listing Specialist to join our team. This entry-level position is responsible for creating and managing product listings across various eCommerce sales channels, including our direct website, Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and more. The ideal candidate will have basic Excel skills, a strong understanding of SEO best practices, and a keen eye for accuracy and detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, edit, and optimize product listings on various eCommerce platforms, including our website, Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and others, specifically for industrial scales and weighing products.

  • Ensure all product information, images, and descriptions are accurate, SEO-optimized, and consistent across all channels to improve search visibility and customer engagement.

  • Monitor and update inventory levels to ensure accurate product availability.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product data is up-to-date and aligned with marketing and sales strategies.

  • Perform routine checks on listings to identify and resolve any errors or discrepancies.

  • Assist in identifying opportunities for improving listing performance through SEO optimization, including keyword research specific to the industrial scales market.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., data entry, sorting, basic formulas).

  • Understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to eCommerce product listings, especially in the industrial scales market.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., BigCommerce, Amazon, eBay, Walmart) is preferred.

  • Experience with ChannelAdvisor or similar listing management software is a plus but not required.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
