Salary: $90,000-$100,000

Chief Executive Group seeks an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to help turbo-charge the marketing of our high-impact professional networks serving CEOs, public company directors and other senior executives. This role will support business objectives, generate leads, execute audience development, and work collaboratively with our sales team for Chief and Senior Executive Networks (CEN and SEN). This is a remote position. We prefer the employee be in eastern or central time zones but are flexible for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include:

  • Create and implement ongoing membership marketing activities including mail, email, social media outreach, content for website, and promotional materials
  • Assist in drafting copy for email, mail, website, event, and social media collateral and campaigns
  • Coordinate collateral and campaign language for telesales team activities
  • Own the CRM tool and create processes and pipelines for utilization by the sales team
  • Execute campaigns through our marketing automation platform
  • Design, build, and maintain our social media presence
  • Utilize different database tools and e-mail lists to define and segment target audiences
  • Measure results and effectiveness for digital, lead generation, email, direct mail, and phone campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spending and performance based on these insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing

Ideal candidates will possess the following characteristics:

  • 6-8+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Effective business writing skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn and experience with database management a plus
