Job Summary: The General Manager will oversee all operations of the dealership, ensuring exceptional customer service, maximizing profitability, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Analyze financial data and implement cost-control measures.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor department managers and staff.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
  • Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Develop marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in automotive sales or management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in dealership management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and make data-driven decisions.
