Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve dealership targets.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust tactics as necessary to meet goals.
- Operations Management:
- Oversee daily operations, including sales, service, parts, and finance departments.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to maximize profitability.
- Analyze financial data and implement cost-control measures.
- Recruit, train, and mentor department managers and staff.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
- Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in automotive sales or management, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in dealership management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze financial statements and make data-driven decisions.
