Role Overview:

Looking for a versatile tech-savvy Sales & Business Manager who can expertly handle various responsibilities and guide us toward our launch goals. This role is critical to our success and involves overseeing various facets of our business working in partnership with the Technology Operations Director to build an innovative team. We need you to be a go-getter and hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Marketing

  • Outreach to influencers and target market groups to gain initial traction for user growth.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.
  • Help develop and execute sales and marketing strategies ready for launch.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing strategies with product offerings.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, SEO, and email campaigns, to boost online visibility.

Business Management

  • Develop business processes, strategies & budgets to improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage company resources effectively, optimizing cost efficiency and productivity.
  • Help hire new team members and consultants where needed.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage contracts, agreements, and legal documentation.
  • Prepare regular reports on business performance for senior management.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed once launched.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business processes.

Experience

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing.
  • Proven experience in business management, operations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a high-growth startup environment, preferably with an online and technology focus.
  • Experience in financial management, budgeting, and strategic planning.
  • Experience with outreach for business development, partnerships, influencers, and social media.
  • Experience working with legal, accounting, and HR teams.
