A national company with a facility in the Plymouth / Livonia, MI area is currently seeking a Structural - Civil Engineer, PE for Direct Hire opportunities with their growing team. These are exciting opportunities for Structural Engineers looking for an opportunity with a company that offers technologically challenging projects, excellent work / home life balance, and excellent growth opportunities.

Structural Engineers will be working a full-time, with salaries anticipated to be $125,000 - $175,000/year will be based on each candidate's experience and education. All well-qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. We offer excellent benefits including medical, dental, 401k, potential commissions, and more.

Qualified Structural Engineering Professional Engineers will possess most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:

5+ years of recent / relevant Mechanical / Structural Engineering experience with Solar Power Projects.

Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering or Structural Engineering degree required.

Professional Engineer (PE) license is required, or ability to obtain the license within 30 days of hire date.

Proficiency with Structural Calculations including Roof Loads, Loading, Weights, required

Must be skilled in RISA, STAAD, or RAM Engineering Software, in addition to Solidworks, AutoCAD, or additional Design Software.

Must be able to work in the United Stated (no H-1 sponsorship or student visas considered).

Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, etc.
