Operations Associate
Global private equity firm is hiring an Operations Associate in their downtown Boston office. Ideal candidates will have at least a year of operations experience in the financial services industry, preferably from a family office or investor relations environment.
The team is doing a hybrid schedule, 3 days/week in the downtown Boston office and offers excellent total compensation including bonus, 401k contributions, benefits, merit-based promotions and growth potential.
Responsibilities:
- Provide client services support to investors
- Support capital calls, post invoices, oversee collections, coordinate loan programs
- Generate and post distribution notices, coordinate paperwork for wires and checks
- Develop and implement new systems to streamline report generation and distribution
- Establish relationship with team banking entity- set up new accounts, deposit checks, oversee wiring procedures
- Represent the group with high level of professionalism and efficiency across the firm
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
- 0-2 years of experience from the financial services sector
- Operations experience in a family office or investor relations capacity is ideal
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills; ability to hit deadlines with competing priorities
