  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Java Developer with a strong foundation in Computer Science and hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. The ideal candidate must be passionate about delivering high-quality software solutions and eager to collaborate within an agile team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and robust applications, focusing on backend services and microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot frameworks.
  • Build and maintain microservices that support business logic and integrate with other systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Write clean, efficient, and testable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for performance and scalability.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven experience working with Java and Spring Boot.
  • Strong understanding of Microservices architecture and design patterns.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and building scalable, distributed systems.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working within DevOps environments is a plus.
  • Must be local to Northeast Ohio and available for on-site work as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and other containerization tools.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
