About the Role:
The role requires contract administration, and coordination with our global partners to facilitate contract updation, management, storage and administration. Additionally, there will be projects from time to time that will require the resource to coordinate or audit partners and internal teams on several initiatives and projects.
Ability to multitask and keep track of multiple separate projects at once.

About the Team:
You will be working with a global team of BPO Partner Managers, Legal contacts as well as BPO Governance team.
What You ll Do:
- Coordinate with global partners to facilitate the renewal of contracts
Review redlines and communicate with internal and external teams to come to an agreement.
- Create a relationship with global partner legal teams from different regions and company's global legal teams.
- Coordinate and be a part of legal discussions.
- Keep track of latest updates and status among a dozen projects.
- Set personal deadlines to follow up with partners/internal teams to drive the process forward.
- Prepare contracts and route for signature
- Work with Manager of Program Management to review audits of 50+ partners
- Communicate with audited partner sites to ensure the completion of audit
Prompt cooperation and review the submitted evidences to help bring audit to completion
- Organize and manage contract administration, and storage
Required hours of working will be 6 am EST onwards to cover for global time zones.
Basic Qualifications:
- Education: Undergraduate/Graduate
- Total years experience in what industry, discipline or responsibility: Preference to have at least 2 years of experience at multi-regional organizations, managed vendor contracts
- Skills or processes candidates must have to be considered for the role:
- Ability to multitask and keep track of over a dozen separate projects at once.

- Specific Tools or Applications experience: Google Business Suite, Microsoft Office, DocuCLM
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferred experience with BPO
- Previous experience with Contract Management
