Robert Half is looking for a Program Director role that has just opened up with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. It’s a high-level position, and we’re ideally looking for a local candidate.
A few key things about the role:
- The company is seeking someone with broader experience across I.T., but also strong exposure to Finance, Tax, HR, Legal, and Operations workstreams—especially outside of just systems.
- Experience with Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain, and Contract Logistics is important, particularly if you’ve been part of multiple acquisitions.
- The ideal candidate will be able to lead business programs in a global context, with a great mix of business, functional, and technical skills. Someone with logistics background and experience driving mergers, acquisitions, and new business implementations would be a great fit.
- Candidates should show tenure in their previous roles, present professionally, and have strong communication skills.
Also, it’s important that the candidate isn't solely focused on project/program management in a technical capacity. They need to be able to drive business transformation on a larger scale.
