Aquinas Consulting is currently looking for HYBRID Project Manager for our high growth partner as they continue to expand. Our partner is under a Fortune 5 global organization, where you will work cross functionally with senior leadership to continuously improve and support the functionality of its data-driven initiatives. This role is crucial in ensuring that our projects are executed efficiently, within scope, and on budget, while maintaining the high standards that our clients have come to expect.Top of FormBottom of Form

Job responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. Manage expectations, address concerns, and provide regular updates on project status and progress.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring that expenditures align with approved financial plans. Track and report on budgetary performance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards and client expectations. Implement quality control processes and address any issues that arise.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and communication records. Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of managing complex projects successfully.
  • Experience with relational databases and data analytics skills such as SQL, Python, PowerBI, Excel.
  • Working knowledge of various system development lifecycle methodologies and experienced in leading Agile software delivery models
