One of our local Atlanta Partners & innovative digital banking company is seeking an IT Manager of HR Systems to be at the forefront as the company builds out the IT division from the ground up. You will oversee all of Candescent's HR and payroll applications, ensuring a seamless integration with all of Candescents necessary business applications. This is a dynamic environment, where you'll have abundant growth opportunities in a rapidly evolving and cutting-edge digital banking landscape! REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of experience in an IT Management role overseeing HR/Payroll Applications
  • Strong experience supporting Workday & ADP (Workforce specifically)
  • Strong understanding of the architecture and integrations of ADP with other IT Business Applications (NetSuite, Active Directory, etc.)
  • Experience hiring, managing, and leading a team
  • Excellent experience collaborating with HR and other business units to understand system needs and provide technical support for HR initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of the overall HR ecosystem

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • MIS, Computer Science background
  • M&A experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee various HR systems, including Workday and ADP as well as their integration into other IT business applications.
  • Develop and implement integration strategies that enhance the functionality and efficiency of HR systems.
  • Build, manage, and lead a team of IT professionals focused on HR systems integration.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects related to HR system integrations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with HR and other business units to understand system needs and provide technical support for HR initiatives.
