The Contract to Hire, Senior Payroll Specialist will process high-volume Payroll for 1,000 employees in multiple states.

Location: 100% Remote

Hours: Must be able to work a schedule within range of 7am to 5pm Arizona time | Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate payroll processing needs as employees are nationwide in all time zones.

Contract Hourly Range: $26.44-32.69 per hour

Background Profile:

  • High School Diploma required | Bachelor’s Degree (a Plus)
  • 3 or more years Multistate Payroll processing experience
  • Experience processing weekly payroll for 1.000 employees or more
  • Experience with wage garnishment & IRS payroll related compliance and payroll laws
  • You would describe yourself as a Friendly/Positive, Professional, Confident Team-Player who brings an "Always ready to help" attitude
  • You are an Excellent Communicator & Passionate about Team Collaboration along with the ability to work independently as well as cross-functionally with all levels of the organization
  • Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving skills with proven ability to organize, manage, and work on many projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines with successful completion
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite including Outlook, Word & Excel
  • Good Technical proficiency with HRIS/Payroll Systems | SAP Payroll, NOVAtime experience (a Plus)
  • Bilingual Spanish (a Plus)
  • **Must be a U. S. Citizen OR Green Card Holder to be considered**
