  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for Manager with strong analytical skills who can help us support our NPL Risk management processes .

This role will require the analyst to support administrative tasks associated with our processes , work with various data sources to collect, consolidate and make updates to various files. They will also help with training and documentation of new processes and optimizing existing ones.

The successful candidate needs to have attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills.

Key responsibilities:

• Monthly Risk Management Admin Support

o Use the TOP /VC program list to updates into Smart sheet for adds/removals

o Data pulls from Runway, Bubble and other reports to update SS to maintain latest information.

o Email and follow ups with teams for health updates

o Create templates and headers and files for calls.

o Add red health programs into focus themes repository.

• Build reports and analyze data for kpi trends and reports

• Support Power BI and analytics works.

• Issue Compliance reports on process adoption

• Maintain and manage the invite lists/contact lists for TR calls

• Support training rolls outs and new process implementation on risk management

• Support and maintain datalake management feeding into risk management process

Key requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in similar role.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.

• Strong research, math and computer skills

• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills

• Exception verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to analyze processes and data

• Understand Smartsheet and similar PM tools an asset

******Technical skills- MS 365, Advanced skills in MS Excel and Powerpoint, Power BI , Smartsheets
