  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Overview of position:
FEDITC is seeking a Jr. Communications Systems Operator (CSO) Tier 1 Analyst at Joint Base Andrews. Active Top Secret Clearance and a United States Citizenship are required to be considered for this position.
Shift work:
  • Weekend Nights (7:00 pm - 7:00 am Sat/Sun + 2 days of Shift 3)
Responsibilities:
  • Tier 1 Support is Mission Essential , 24x7 support
  • Operates in the GSOC
  • Track and assist aircraft in flight with communications issues
  • Use Chat software to support Executive Airlift aircraft in flight
  • Respond to incident calls
  • Support Trend Analysis
  • Maintain a Master Station Log (MSL) (007) of all actions performed on shift
Experience/Education:
  • Any experience as a Communications Systems Operator (CSO) for Executive Airlift at Joint Base Andrews, MD, Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, HI or Ramstein AFB, Germany
Certifications:
  • IAT II certification required
Clearance:
  • A Top-Secret clearance is required to be considered for the position.
  • Maintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s) as requested by FEDITC and/or required by FEDITC S Client(s)/Customer(s)/Prime contractor(s).
