DETAILS
This position will facilitate the analysis of various human resource (HR) processes for the
Division of Personnel Management (DPM) within the client. The work will involve reviewing documentation, developing questions,
scheduling meetings, facilitating discussions, creating process maps, soliciting feedback,
summarizing findings, and developing recommendations for process improvements. This
work aims to understand current processes better, how they differ across agencies, and
where standardization might be possible.
This position will work closely with HR professionals who are subject matter experts on HR
processes and will collaborate with HR leadership to produce deliverables and
recommendations. The position will report to and receive guidance from the tHRive Project
Team.

Core Responsibilities (the key and nice to have skills are what we'll filter on first):
Process Mapping: Understand and document the current and updated HR processes
in detail. This includes conducting interviews with HR professionals, observing their
daily operations if necessary, and reaching consensus on how these processes should
be represented. Summarize findings of where processes are different. Report out to
workstream co-leads and the tHRive project management team where commonalities
and differences exist. Assist in identifying where differences can be amended. These
findings will contribute to identifying process improvement projects.
Process Analysis: Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in
the current processes, summarize and provide feedback to the tHRive project
management team.
Communications: Synthesize findings during process mapping, data analysis, survey
findings, etc. And provide feedback to the workstreams and tHRive project
management team. This information will assist in finding process improvements
across DPM.
Document Preparation: Summarize findings and customize documents to meet the
needs of diverse audiences.
Feedback Solicitation: Present information to various groups and solicit input to
ensure findings are accurate and recommendations are supported.
Solution Design: Develop and propose solutions to improve efficiency, reduce waste,
and enhance consistency in HR processes across DPM.
Creating Resource Libraries: Solicit, categorize, and format interview questions,
PDs, etc. to create a library of resources for HR staff.
Queries: Facilitate meeting with end users to review reports that have not been
utilized and report out findings.

Data: Analysis of available data to provide guidance and consultation with HR
professionals regarding current and future processes and identify data gaps.
Reports: Run actively used reports to confirm efficiency and integrity of the data.
