Emerald Technologies has an exciting opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join its Saline Lectronics team!

Emerald is searching for a continuous improvement manager to assess, monitor and enhance business performance for our organization. In this role you will analyze current practices and develop business process improvements as well as implement changes in workflows, structures, and teams to ensure continuous company performance.

Responsibilities of the JOB TITLE:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive continuous improvement program to achieve operational excellence throughout the organization.
  • Analyze company processes and procedures and develop process enhancement strategies.
  • Conduct process mapping to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify continuous improvement opportunities and establish priorities based on business objectives.
  • Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams in executing continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
  • Implement and maintain Lean Six Sigma methodologies across all aspects of the organization, including process improvement, cost reduction, and quality control.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of continuous improvement initiatives and report progress to senior management.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and change management across the organization, promoting innovation and operational excellence.

Qualifications of the JOB TITLE:

  • Bachelor s degree in engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement, process engineering, or operations management in the electronics manufacturing industry.
  • General knowledge of PCBA and box build process flows, quality management systems, material handling practices, data collection and reporting.
  • Experience in project management, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in quality, cost, and delivery performance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Should have some experience and or demonstrated potential for teaching, coaching, practicing, and applying lean methods (i.e., 5S, set up reduction, kaizen, daily management, standard work, problem solving, Kanban and lean transformations).
