The Paralegal will contribute to Regional One’s continued success by assisting the General Counsel in completing transactions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Regional One has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Paralegal with 3+ years of experience, preferably in-house corporate experience, specifically within aviation industry. The Paralegal will contribute to Regional One’s continued success by assisting the General Counsel in completing transactions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Specific Accountabilities
- Draft, review, and revise contracts, including NDAs, sale and purchase service agreements, lease agreements, vendor contracts, and other legal documents.
- Provide administrative assistance to General Counsel and Legal Department, including liaising with Finance, Accounting, Commercial and other operational functions.
- Supporting the company’s due diligence and investigations related to customers and vendors, as well as third party intermediaries, such as distributors and agents.
- Support the maintenance of corporate records, filings, and compliance documentation in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Maintain and organize both physical and electronic legal files, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
- Help improve contract management systems and workflows to increase efficiency and ensure consistency across the organization
- Liaise with internal departments, external legal counsel, and business partners to facilitate contract execution and resolve legal issues.

- Adapt and adjust job responsibilities to accommodate changing priorities while managing multiple requirements and timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree; Paralegal Certificate or completion of paralegal degree program preferred.
- Three plus years of paralegal experience with a law firm or corporation (preference for in-house corporate experience, specifically within aviation industry) with meaningful experience in one or more of the following practice areas: commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, insurance/risk management, corporate governance, and other claims management.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (focused largely on Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint); experience with contract management software preferred.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion (internally and externally).
- Ability to quickly process workflow and prioritize and manage a varied workload.
