As the Vice President of Operations at Hash Kitchen, you’re not just managing the business – you’re setting the vibe! You’ll be the driving force behind ensuring every aspect of the operation is a smashing success. From overseeing profitability to making sure our wild and vibrant atmosphere is delivered in every location, you’ll lead our team with energy, creativity, and precision.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and mentoring our senior management team to maintain top-notch operations.
  • Partnering with key departments—marketing, people operations, training, HR, accounting, and more—to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Implementing and optimizing policies and procedures to keep the party running smoothly while building a productive, inclusive workplace culture.
  • Recruiting and retaining top talent, helping our team grow while fostering a fun, dynamic work environment.
  • Growing this brand into a national brunch party!

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in operations, restaurants, retail, consulting, or hospitality, with a passion for creating vibrant customer experiences.
  • 10+ years in leadership roles, managing large teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and fun.
  • Proven success in driving multi-unit operations and influencing cross-functional teams.

The innovative concept combines chef-driven food and an elevated cocktail program with a next-level, brunch-centric atmosphere complete with social-media-worthy wall art and rotating guest DJ and turntables on the weekends.
