The Maryland Center for Construction Education and Innovation (MCCEI) is seeking a detail-oriented person for a Program Manager. This is your opportunity to join a team dedicated to getting minorities and women into careers in the Maryland built environment. This role will focus on managing the US Department of Labor Women’s Bureau WANTO grant and the Maryland Apprenticeship Connector work along with growing MCCEI’s workforce development programming.


Attendance of events, functions and informational sessions are a regular part of this position, sometimes occurring outside of standard work hours in the early morning, late afternoon and early evenings creating opportunities for flex-time.

MCCEI is a 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to developing, promoting, and connecting career opportunities in the built environment. MCCEI’s signature program, Build Your Path, is aimed at promoting careers in the built environment to high school students. Poised at the edge of growth, MCCEI is currently working to rebuild its websites, creating a new construction career exploration program to take into schools, and rapidly expanding its construction career day program where students get to do h
