We are in the market for an Email Marketing Manager to join our team in New York. You will be working in a dynamic environment with a wide range of projects, including marketing, communications, websites, and events. This role is a contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage marketing automation processes and integration initiatives.
Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to build and implement marketing solutions across a range of clients.
Collaborate with the development team and external freelancers to ensure the delivery of high-quality projects.
Build and deploy drip campaigns, including the creation of rules and scoring systems for lead generation and sales conversion.
Work closely with both non-profit and commercial clients, understanding their unique needs and tailoring marketing strategies accordingly.
Contribute to the development of CRM systems, particularly in the biotech field, integrating these with larger CX portals.
Assist in the creation and management of wellness platforms for non-profit clients, integrating these with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Use Adobe Dreamweaver, CRM, and other email marketing platforms to create engaging and effective marketing materials.
Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to continually improve campaign effectiveness.
Plan and execute campaigns that increase brand awareness.

Requirements

Proven experience in a similar role as an Email Marketing Manager
Proficiency in Adobe Dreamweaver and CRM systems
Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Email Marketing Platforms and Email Service Providers
Familiarity with Exact Target and AB Testing
Strong understanding and experience in Analytics
Ability to implement and understand Best Practices in email marketing
Proven track record in increasing Brand Awareness through email marketing campaigns
Experience in Campaign Planning and execution
High level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred but not required.
