  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced OCM Communications Lead to join our team and play a pivotal role in the successful implementation of our GenAI project. As a hybrid role, you will work 2 days per week on-site with our Sacramento-based client.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive organizational change management (OCM) strategies.
  • Create and execute effective communication plans to support GenAI adoption.
  • Conduct thorough stakeholder analysis and manage their expectations.
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs to prepare employees for the GenAI implementation.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of OCM and communication initiatives.
  • Oversee and mentor communication team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide strategic consultation on change management best practices.
  • Collaborate with client executives to drive adoption and address resistance.
  • Contribute to business development efforts and proposal creation.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership in change management and AI adoption.
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in organizational change management and communications, with a strong focus on technology adoption projects.
  • 3+ years of experience in consulting or senior leadership roles.
  • A deep understanding of change management methodologies.
  • A proven track record of designing and implementing successful change management and communication strategies.
  • Expertise in stakeholder management and engagement.
  • Proficiency in training development and delivery.
  • Excellent executive presentation and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with AI or machine learning implementation projects.
  • Relevant change management certification (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP).
  • Familiarity with GenAI technologies and their business implications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience addressing complex organizational challenges across multiple domains.
  • Proven consulting experience with a focus on client engagement.
