What you can offer us:
  • Act as the voice of the customer for relating issues internally
  • Respond to client inquiries concerning systems operation and diagnose systems, software, and operator issues. Recommend or perform actions to correct problems
  • Coordinate activities with sales, software developers, hardware engineers, technical writers, and management as necessary
  • Refer to major software and hardware problems to engineering and software development
  • Use software applications to identify issues with customer data and to assist in resolving any issues found
  • Provide prompt, courteous, professional service to our internal and external customers

Requirements

What you need to be successful:

Required qualifications:
  • Experience in Technical Support/Customer Support over Chat and Phone
  • Experience Using a Ticketing System and Knowledgebase (Zendesk, ServiceNow, Freshdesk, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Associate degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school is preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
  • Troubleshooting software issues preferred
  • Oil/Gas corrosion industry experience a plus
