Quality Lab Associate III Microbial Investigations

Position Overview: We are seeking 6 Quality Lab Associate III professionals to join our team for an initial 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension based on the progress of microbial investigations. This role focuses on ensuring the safety and quality of products through thorough microbiological analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct microbial testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
  • Analyze and interpret microbiological data to identify contamination sources and trends.
  • Document findings accurately and prepare reports for compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address microbial quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Assist in developing and validating microbiological testing methods and protocols.
  • Participate in investigations related to product quality deviations and root cause analyses.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biological Sciences, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in microbiology or quality control within a laboratory setting.
  • Strong knowledge of microbial testing methods and quality assurance standards (e.g., ISO, GMP).

  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
