Thank you for considering this exciting opportunity with Abel Personnel. We are hiring a Hyland OnBase Systems Administrator to support the Public Safety Delivery Center (PSDC). This role is pivotal in managing the full lifecycle of the OnBase solution, ensuring seamless operations, maintenance, and enhancement of the platform. What You'll Be Doing

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all aspects of OnBase system software, database, and hardware.
  • Plan and execute software and hardware upgrades to ensure peak performance.
  • Provide daily monitoring, administration, and maintenance of OnBase applications and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams Project Managers, Business Analysts, and other administrators.
  • Design and implement solutions to improve electronic business processes, minimizing the need for paper records.
  • Manage both scheduled and emergency maintenance, including non-business hours when required.
  • Troubleshoot issues across SIT, UAT, and Production environments, providing prompt resolutions.
  • Maintain integrations between OnBase and external systems while ensuring seamless operations.
  • Document system changes, processes, and share knowledge with relevant stakeholders.
  • Communicate maintenance windows and deployments with business owners and end users.

You re Probably a Great Fit If You Have:

  • Experience administering Hyland OnBase solutions and performing software/hardware upgrades.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting and technical support across live production and project-based environments.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure architecture, server configuration, and monitoring tools.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within IT teams and with external vendors.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Ability to provide off-hours maintenance and emergency support as needed.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise with end-users and business owners.
