Job Description:


This Is Voice is seeking a motivated and creative Entry Level Event Specialist to assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of company events. The ideal candidate will be passionate about event planning and have a strong desire to learn and grow in the field. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on a variety of events, from corporate meetings to product launches.

Key Responsibilities



  • Assist in planning and organizing events, including corporate meetings, product launches, and promotional activities.

  • Coordinate event logistics, such as venue selection, catering, and audiovisual setups.

  • Help create event schedules, timelines, and work closely with vendors to ensure smooth event execution.

  • Support marketing efforts by promoting events through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and flyers.

  • Assist with event registration, check-ins, and attendee management.

  • Provide on-site support during events, ensuring all operations run smoothly.

  • Collect feedback and data post-event to analyze success and identify areas for improvement.

  • Maintain communication with vendors, partners, and clients to ensure alignment with event goals.

  • Assist in preparing event materials such as agendas, signage, and promotional items.

  • Perform administrative tasks related to event planning as needed.




Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in event planning, marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Flexible and able to work during evenings or weekends when events are scheduled.

  • Willingness to travel to event locations when required.
