About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead our S/4 HANA rollout project in Shanghai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP SD and other related functional areas, and will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and integration of S/4 HANA across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Lead the S/4 HANA rollout project, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
  • Solution Design: Develop and design comprehensive solutions for SAP SD and other related functional areas, ensuring they meet business requirements and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners, to ensure project success.
  • Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and oversight to the project team, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and success.
  • Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and provide ongoing support post-implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP implementation projects, with at least 5 years in a solution architect role.
  • Technical Skills:

o Extensive experience with SAP S/4 HANA and SAP SD.

o Knowledge of other SAP modules and integration points.

o Strong understanding of business processes and how they are supported by SAP solutions.

  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage large-scale projects and teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with proficiency in Mandarin.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
