  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role: Lead AI ML Engineer

Location: Seattle, WA (2-3 Days Hybrid)
Duration: Long Term
 Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership: Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI/ML solutions, ensuring best practices and high-quality standards.
Project Management: Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Research & Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and integrate relevant techniques into projects.
Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and present technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Data Strategy: Work with data engineers to ensure data is accessible, reliable, and suitable for machine learning applications.
Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize AI/ML models for performance and scalability.

Qualifications:
Bachelors or Master s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Proven experience in AI/ML development, including practical experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or R.
Familiarity with data engineering concepts and tools (e.g., SQL, Spark, Hadoop).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and deployment of ML models in production.
Knowledge of computer vision, natural language processing, or reinforcement learning.
Previous experience in a leadership role within an AI/ML team.

BE/BTECH/MCA
