Azure IOT Technical Manager

Requirements:

• 5+ years in technical management within IoT environments.
• Proficiency in Azure-based IoT platforms.
• Experience in managing both onsite and offshore teams.
• Experience with real-time data streaming technologies.
• Experience in big data analytics and data lake processing.
• Experience in strategic planning and team leadership.
• Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a diverse team of 28 members across multiple locations.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for the IoT platform.
• Facilitate regular team meetings to align goals and objectives.
• Ensure seamless integration of real-time data reporting systems.
• Oversee big data projects and ensure effective data utilization.
• Collaborate with both onsite and offshore resources to enhance performance.
• Drive a clear understanding of IoT capabilities and limitations within the team.
