IntePros is hiring a Provider Contract Specialist for our premier client! In this role, the Provider Contract Specialist will report directly to the Manager of Provider Contract Administration and will be responsible for administering free-standing ancillary provider contracts. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth contract management and compliance, supporting business operations with effective provider agreements, and contributing to the seamless administration of healthcare services.

- Administration of free-standing ancillary provider contracts.
- Support Provider Contract Managers with the following:
- Issuing and facilitating execution process for new free-standing ancillary provider contracts including signature by Senior Management and return of executed contracts to providers.
- Writing and distributing provider updates summarizing terms of new contracts for distribution to operational areas.
- Loading executed contracts to provider contract repository on SharePoint.
- Updating tracking list of unique contract provisions of new contracts.
- Responding to provider contract questions and/or providing clarification regarding contract provisions to operational areas.
- Providing copies of contracts, rate documents and/or related contract correspondence to authorized parties including Corporate Fraud and Investigation, Legal, Finance, internal and external auditors. This includes furnishing contract documentation for quarterly SAS70 audits as well as CMS and NCQA audits.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or a minimum of 2-3 years of experience with provider contract administration functions.
- Excellent research and investigative skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with all associate and management levels.
- Strong critical-thinking and analytical skills, along with ability to interpret and decipher complex information required.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, detail oriented, as well as above-average solving, verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pace, continuously changing environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
