Position Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee the full recruiting cycle across our family of companies by collaborating with all levels of leadership from initial job analysis to the onboarding step. The role will directly impact the growth and success of the organization, through the attraction and retention of top-tier talent propelling the company performance. Fostering a collaborative environment with leadership ensuring alignment and success in hiring initiatives through selection of prime candidates through pipeline development, assessments/screenings and implementation of efficient practices. Key responsibilities include benchmarking and tracking KPIs ensuring continuous improvement in such areas as time to fill, cost per hire, and satisfaction metrics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and a proven ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Leadership across the organization to continuously track and address their hiring needs, ensuring alignment with business goals and planning.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, including understanding business requirements, drafting detailed job specifications, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting thorough interviews, managing interactions with various stakeholders, and handling offer management.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to evolving business needs and market conditions. Lead change management initiatives within the talent acquisition function to ensure continuous improvement and maintain agility in recruitment processes.
  • Influence and educate internal stakeholders on recruitment best practices, including crafting compelling job descriptions, effective candidate outreach, promoting employer value propositions, and ensuring excellent interview and onboarding experiences to drive positive candidate experiences.
  • Maintain a high sense of urgency throughout the recruitment process to meet tight deadlines and quickly fill critical roles, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of the recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions to conducting interviews and managing candidate information, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Assessment, implementation and management of an applicant tracking system, which involves designing user interfaces, setting up features for job postings, applicant tracking, and reporting to streamline the recruitment process.
  • Innovative ideas to enhance recruitment processes by utilizing creative sourcing techniques and marketing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates, ensuring a robust talent pipeline.
  • Ownership of the recruitment process from start to finish through proactively identifying potential challenges and develop effective solutions to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Identify and partner with external providers as needed to meet hiring demands, ensuring that all recruitment needs are effectively addressed.
  • Targeting to achieve and exceed hiring benchmarks related to time to fill, cost per hire, and satisfaction metrics for both hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a high level of recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement competitive recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the market by researching industry trends and competitor practices to ensure the talent acquisition processes remain cutting-edge and effective.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, supporting initiatives and processes across all levels of leadership.
  • At least 5 years of experience in identifying and assessing talent to build diverse candidate pipelines.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver hiring plans and metrics to senior leadership.
  • Strong ability to self-direct, prioritize, and manage multiple competing priorities and projects, delivering results in a fast-paced and complex environment
