**THIS IS A FULLY REMOTE POSITION - LOCATION DEPENDING** (May be Hybrid if within 30 miles of an Unisys location)

Role Purpose "Marketing: Program manages and leads implementation of theater/local marketing campaigns. Leads implementation of the following: sales training content, ABM/DBM and proposals, client events, marketing collateral development/translation, budget reporting, and market intelligence research. Provide thought leadership support in developing new value propositions, new product/service strategies into the market. Leads the effort in developing any required Marketing and thought leadership collaterals, including differentiated Value Propositions, Messaging Framework, personas-based playbooks, white papers for all solutions across Business Units. Solves complex problems across one or more marketing functions. Provide thought leadership support in developing new value propositions, new product/service strategies into the market .Works closely with Marketing Director on activities, and leads (directly or indirectly) teams from program management perspective to execute overall marketing and program strategy. Communications: Develops, plans, and conducts programs to improve and support company business objectives with the media, public, industry, and other external stakeholders. Develops communications, international relations and marketing materials by writing and editing press releases, media materials, speeches, scripts, articles and business presentations. Influences public opinion, corporate ranking, and policy decisions through strategic communications activities. Utilize a range of communications materials to effectively meet the goals of the sponsor / stakeholder. Interface and collaborate with multiple internal teams. Write all or portions of various documents including but not limited to promotional and collateral materials, conference papers, proposals, project reports, customer /product presentations and case studies. Edit/ Review and obtain required approvals for content across multiple communication channels including email, knowledge sharing webinars and websites. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication efforts with metrics, feedback and surveys with an eye toward continuous improvement .Leads the communications competency and a team of Communications Senior Associates. Plans, creates and disseminates information using appropriate social media to drive business strategy for products. Develops advanced concepts, techniques and standards. "

  • Key Responsibilities
    • Messaging: Own the Unisys ECS storytelling to various personas/ICPs across the different global markets and market segments. You will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive messaging framework for each solution including customer needs, target markets, value propositions, differentiators, use cases, and supporting client stories.
    • Content strategy: Work closely with the Unisys Content Marketing team to develop a broad range of external-facing content that resonates throughout the buyers journey and communicates Unisys s key value and differentiators.
    • Public Relations: Collaborate with Unisys PR to develop press releases, blogs, bylines, and thought leadership content that help increase awareness.
    • Analyst & Third-Party Advisor Relations: Partner with the Unisys AR/TPA team to help educate influencers on the ECS value proposition and ensures Unisys a strong position in key analyst and TPA evaluations.
    • Digital Marketing: Work with the Unisys Digital marketing team to help design, test, and activate the perfect blend of owned, paid, and earned media for all campaigns relevant to your market space.
    • Demand Generation: Collaborate with the Unisys Field Marketing team, and regional sales leaders to craft integrated demand generation campaign plans.
    • Partner marketing: Work with Unisys Partner Marketing to help identify and articulate common value propositions and co-marketing activities that will help grow the business through our strategic alliances and channel partners.
  • Key Qualifications
    • Bachelor s degree in engineering, computer science, marketing or equivalent (MBA highly desired)
    • At least 8+ years of integrated product/solution marketing experience in B2B and high-tech segments.
    • General familiarity with how enterprise organizations are using/adopting cloud/SaaS technologies, virtual platforms, and transforming enterprise IT is required --- IT background a plus.
    • Passion for understanding customer needs and using customer insights to drive effective and engaging content and GTM programs
    • Proven track record of developing marketing plans and programs that drive growth and new customers.
    • Great written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate ideas into clear, high-impact written communications and presentations. Ability to take complex technology and describe its business value through compelling content creation. A keen understanding of enterprise IT sales cycles and the ability to build content pertaining to each stage of the customer journey.
    • Project management skills with the ability to own/drive projects to close. Successful at managing stakeholders at all levels of an organization (including senior executives), as well as media, partners, customers, and analysts.
    • Entrepreneurial self-starter with discipline for setting goals and metrics, driving decisions, and getting closure on recommendations and issues.
    • Energy, motivation, and commitment to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to work, problem-solve and thrive in an unstructured environment.
    • Self-starter who can lead strategic and practical conversations with internal clients and leaders.
    • Technical marketing skills, product knowledge, and technical aptitude & experience.
    • Enterprise B2B sales experience a plus.
    • Marketing collateral design and graphics development experience (HTML, Adobe Illustrator/InDesign, etc.) a plus.
