VP, Enterprise Integration

We are seeking an experienced VP of Enterprise Integration to lead our technology integration strategies in the dynamic SaaS transportation management sector. This role involves designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive technology solutions tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients across transportation, rail, airline, and cruise line industries. With a focus on enhancing operational efficiency and client satisfaction, the VP of Enterprise Integration will play a pivotal role in driving our company's technological advancements and maintaining our market leadership. The ideal candidate will bring a robust background in transportation systems management, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in project management and quality assurance.

Compensation: $175,000.00 - $200,000.00

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of integration strategies across various client environments to optimize travel sector operations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal technology, project management, and account management teams to understand and meet client business requirements.
  • Engineer high-quality, innovative systems that integrate seamlessly into client operations, enhancing functionality and user satisfaction.
  • Define interface specifications and oversee software development processes to ensure alignment with client goals and industry standards.
  • Champion quality assurance programs, conducting thorough evaluations to guarantee that integration technologies consistently meet robust quality parameters.
  • Strategically guide organizational change initiatives, focusing on minimizing disruption and streamlining business processes during technology integration phases.
  • Maintain continuous engagement in project life cycles, including strategic planning, budgeting, and resource management to achieve project objectives efficiently.

Minimum Position Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in systems integration or managing crew and scheduling systems within transportation, airline, rail, or cruise industries.
  • A minimum of 8 years in a leadership role overseeing technology integration within large-scale operations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading significant change management initiatives within complex organizational settings.
  • Advanced understanding of business operations, processes, and technology solutions in the travel or related sectors.
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to solve complex operational problems and implement effective solutions.
  • Extensive project management experience, including expertise in handling comprehensive project scopes from conception to completion.
  • In-depth knowledge and practical experience in quality assurance frameworks relevant to technology and systems integration.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP).
  • Experience with the latest integration software and interfaces popular in the transportation management industry.
  • Prior history of successful deployments of enterprise solutions in international markets.
  • Advanced degrees in technology management, business administration, or related fields.
