  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Manager/Supervisor in the Bloomington area. This role will manage two people and is a hybrid model. This organization continues to have huge growth and opportunity for employees. Salary up to $140K plus incentives. Responsibilities:

Utilize SAP software for various accounting functions and data management.

Collaborate with other teams and departments to streamline financial operations and processes.

Develop and implement effective strategies for financial management and control.

Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.

Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team, promoting a positive and productive work environment

Should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in accounting

Must possess a strong knowledge and experience in using SAP

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are required

Must have excellent leadership and team management skills

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines

Proficiency in financial reporting, taxation, auditing, corporate finance, and all other aspects of accounting

Must have advanced knowledge of accounting software and MS Office programs

Should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Professional certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) is preferred

Proven track record of working with senior management and providing strategic financial guidance
