  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Day-to-Day:

  • Team operates as Regional Design team large team sharing projects across California and Nevada
  • Prepares complicated truss design and layout drawings - layout drawings may include beams and metal connectors sized and supplied by the company
  • Responsible for estimation design for project takeoffs
  • Scheduling and adherence to quick turnarounds

Requirements:

  • 5+ years recent truss estimation experience, concentration in wood
  • Design emphasis on project take off, margins, and pricing estimation
  • Strong knowledge or MiTek 2020 and/or MiTek Structure
  • Experience with high production and single-family homes and multifamily
  • Must have working experience in California - fireproofing/fire wall, seismic, AMMR
