Programmer Analyst

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java and Python, ensuring code quality and performance.
• Implement and optimize data structures and algorithms to enhance application efficiency and scalability.
• Utilize AWS services to deploy and manage applications, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Implement and manage infrastructure using Terraform to automate deployment and scaling processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and design, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and learning best practices in software development.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for code, processes, and architectural decisions to support team knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software engineering and cloud technologies.

Requirements:

• Ability to relate professionally with people, analytical abilities, maintain logs/records, motivate others, organizational skills, proficiency with numbers, research information, time management, train employees, use computerized databases, written and verbal communications.
• License/Certification/Education: Normally requires a B.S. Degree in Computer Science w/3-5 years of experience.
