About the Role - Key responsibilities include:
- 10+ years of experience in the EHS profession, specifically supporting multi-site manufacturing businesses, preferably in food, beverage, heavily regulated or related industry
- Demonstrated ability to manage environmental or safety programs by leveraging strong people and project management skills on a global scale
- Demonstrated experience implementing environmental or safety management systems as well as developing and deploying effective training programs globally
- Demonstrated experience leading cross functional teams and developing strategies to address operational resource efficiency and renewable energy opportunities
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of environmental regulations, occupational health, and safety standards
- OSHA Standards & Compliance- In-depth knowledge of OSHA standards and a commitment to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Ability to conduct training
- Skill in Job Hazard Analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field required
- Minimum of eight years in environmental, health and safety in a manufacturing environment required
