If you like coordinating complex planning and scheduling using your deep analytical skills, this is the opportunity for you! As a Principal Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst, you will be using your skills and expertise to prepare, develop and coordinate our Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet our program objectives and ensure major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across the enterprise. You'll be expertly tracking plans and schedules, performing risk analysis, identifying and resolving critical path and network logic conflicts utilizing Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques. You'll evaluate the level of schedule compliance and identify reasons for completion shortfalls. You'll also provide key analytics on performance improvements across current processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop integrated master schedules using SOW and WBS, IMP and any other requirements documents
  • Using EVMS guidelines for implementation and maintenance of program plans as well as mentor program teams schedule best practices
  • Experience with monthly Contract Data Reports to include the IPMDAR
  • Perform regular status and ETC updates as well as analysis of program schedules to evaluate program and enterprise-wide resource needs through the integration of all program schedules including metrics on schedule status, schedule architecture, critical path analysis, schedule variance analysis, network logic validation and program baseline maintenance
  • Perform Monte Carlo Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA) and resulting analysis and documentation and manage Risks and Opportunities in the IMS
  • End-to-end ownership of maintenance and coordination of schedule integration between supplemental schedules, the IMS, and the Program Summary Master Schedule
  • Able to identify and recommend insightful mitigation plans, to ensure the IMS is used as a predictive model and remains a valued management tool for the program
  • Simultaneously support multiple programs of varying complexity

Must Haves:
  • A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, or a related field and 14 years or more of related work experience
    • Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
    • Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
  • Experience in Microsoft Project
  • Experience with resource loading schedules, including timephasing and Baseline/ETC updates for dollars and hours
  • Experience with Earned Value Management
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required

Preferred:
  • SRA tool set like Full Monte or similar
  • Earned Value Management Certification

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $143,487.14 - $197,294.82. SNC considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.

SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
