Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM). The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of 5G networks in a multi vendor environment. Candidates need to be well versed with 3gpp standards. This role requires expertise in subscriber provisioning and CDR reconciliation. The TPM will play a central role in coordinating and managing projects, driving vendors, hosting triage calls to ensure all teams are aligned and goals are met efficiently. Prior experience with HPE, Nokia or Amdocs is preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field. Master s degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years in technical program management within the telecom industry, in a multi vendor environment.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of subscriber provisioning, CDR generation, Charging and Policy functions in 5G standalone networks.
Project Management: Proven experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional telecom projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and drive projects to successful completion.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
Technical Certifications: Relevant technical certifications related to UDM, UDR, CHF, PCF, or Packet Core systems.
Vendor Experience: Direct experience working with HP, Amdocs, and Nokia telecom solutions.
