We are seeking a driven individual with extensive experience in Shopify and BigCommerce to help us grow our online sales and enhance our digital presence.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented E-Commerce Expert with a deep understanding of Shopify and BigCommerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of optimizing product listings, driving sales growth, and improving our SEO strategies. Knowledge of Google Ads is a plus. This role is ideal for a creative, data-driven thinker who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize our Shopify and BigCommerce storefronts to maximize sales.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Optimize product listings, including details, images, descriptions, and pricing, to enhance conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all product content is accurate, compelling, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Utilize data analysis tools to track performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns and explore new opportunities for growth.
  • Support the creation and execution of online sales promotions, customer loyalty programs, personalization tactics, and other growth strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving website functionality, user experience, and overall online presence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing and growing e-commerce platforms, specifically Shopify and BigCommerce.
  • English.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads is a plus.
  • Experience in data analysis and performance tracking using tools like spreadsheets (Excel)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on detail and clarity.
  • A creative and strategic thinker with a passion for e-commerce.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with multi-channel sales platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and Walmart is a plus.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
