Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team. This role requires expertise utilizing project research tools, such as Dodge Data and Analytics, to support B2B and B2G business development. As a key marketing employee, the Contract Administrator will work closely with sales and marketing teams to convert leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contract Management
    • Review and prepare bids, contracts, and formal quotations for business opportunities.
    • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
    • Maintain detailed records of bids, contracts, and agreements in Salesforce for audits and internal use.
  • Collaboration
    • Work with sales and marketing teams to identify and develop actionable leads.
    • Collaborate with internal departments such as customer sales and support, finance, and business development to ensure contract terms meet company goals.
  • Project Research Tools
    • Utilize tools like Dodge Data and Analytics to identify opportunities, gather market insights and support business growth.
    • Analyze data to identify potential business gaps, risks, and potential.
  • Risk Management
    • Analyze contract terms to identify and minimize risks.
    • Stay updated on legislative changes affecting contracts.
  • Communication
    • Explain contract terms to stakeholders and ensure understanding across departments.
    • Provide a weekly overview of contract opportunities, timelines and commitments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role.
  • Proficiency in project research tools such as Dodge Data and Analytics.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce CRM
  • Certification in contract management (e.g., Certified Professional Contract Manager - CPCM)
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Seamless
  • Knowledge of construction industry trends and best practices in contract management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines
