The Junior Systems Administrator will help the Technology department with troubleshooting company devices and programs, maintaining the networking infrastructure, maintaining records, and assisting with vendor relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • First level support and operational troubleshooting for company devices (Windows and iOS)
  • Maintain clear device records following established company standards
  • First level support and operational troubleshooting for all technology-related tickets coming from staff in the field
  • Assisting senior system admins within the Microsoft administrative ecosystem (Intune, Entra, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Assisting senior sys admin within cloud networking infrastructure (Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti, SonicWall)
  • Helping with 3rd Party hardware and software vendor relationships
  • Configuring SCIM & SSO for various company applications
  • Growing understanding of various site network infrastructure and improvements to be made
  • Purchasing Microsoft licenses through Vendor portal to account for staff changes
  • Occasional travel to retail locations for scheduled support and installation jobs

Benefits

  • Salary Range: $58,000-$66,000

Requirements:

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Knowledge of current technology trends and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross functional teams
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft s enterprise ecosystem

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree in STEM Major with 0 1 years of related IT experience or bachelor s degree in non-STEM major with 1 2 years of related IT experience
  • Operational retail experience preferred
