  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

InfoWest is looking to fill a full time IT Security Technician position in our Cedar City, UT Office.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshooting/maintaining issues related to wiring, printers, cameras, computers, hard wired and wireless alarm systems, and other network equipment.
  • Dealing with Customers over the phone and in person regarding IT and security related issues.
  • Participating in an on-call rotation schedule for expedited support issues.
  • Setting up and supporting Voice over IP phones.
  • Troubleshooting problems related to Wi-Fi, Voice over IP, IPTV, Email Sending/Receiving, and more
  • Repairing/troubleshooting problems with customer computers, iPads, tablets, phones in-office and home.

Job requirements are:

  • Computer, Network, and Security systems troubleshooting experience (software and hardware)
  • Self motivated
  • Excellent people and time management skills.
  • A willingness and passion to learn new skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced, flexible, team-based environment
  • Strong communication skills not only in face-to-face interactions but also on the phone and via email
  • The ability to self-manage, requiring minimal supervision
  • Customer service experience is a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge and Experience in pulling and fishing wires within existing/new structures.
  • Able to work some weekends (Saturday / Sunday) as needed.

Salary: $17.00 + / hour DOE
