Title: Organizational Change Management and Training Lead (hybrid)
Location: Miami, FL
Must-have skills: 5+ y of exp in a lead position related to Organizational Change Management; exp with Technology projects; PMP, BRMP or other PMI Certifications
Estimated Duration: 6 months with possible extension(s)
Requirements:
Availability to work periodically at the Client s site in Miami, FL (required);
Experience in a lead position related to Organizational Change Management activities;
Experience with technology projects;
Experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities such as OCM communication, OCM Training and OCM Readiness;
Experience in a framework for managing the effect of new business processes, new technology or changes in organizational culture within an enterprise;
Experience monitoring areas of risk and resistance, bringing people together to embrace and adopt change and elevating project outcomes and successes;
PMP, BRMP or other PMI Certifications (preferred).
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Develop a change management strategy and execute a plan that includes stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, and communications plans;
Collaborate with project teams to identify and address potential resistance to change;
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change;
Provide necessary training.
