Join our Financial Planning and Analysis team as in Intern where you will work alongside other departments such as Finance, Sales, and Marketing. The day-to-day responsibilities will include financial operations and provide an opportunity to learn hands-on finance skills through experienced professionals. This individual is expected to manage a project and present learnings to our leadership team at the end of the internship.

This position is expected to start January 2025 and continue through the entire Spring 2025 term (through April 2025). Our internships are a minimum of 10 weeks, part-time and on-site.

In This Role
  • Conduct financial analysis and reporting on various projects and initiatives
  • Utilize analytical skills to identify financial trends and provide insights to support decision-making
  • Conduct market research and analysis to support strategic financial planning
  • Create and maintain financial models and databases
  • Communicate financial information and reports to team members and management
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all financial tasks
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures related to financial processes and reporting
  • Uphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team
  • Other duties as assigned by Management

The Ideal Person
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field
  • Previous internship experience in Finance, Accounting, or related fields is a plus
  • Ability to work with advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling)
  • Knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
