Who We Are

PCMI (Policy Claim Management International) is a fast-growing, leading provider of integrated software for Extended Warranty Management and Finance and Insurance (F&I) administration. We are a SaaS company that operates in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. Our 3 teams located in the US, Poland, and Thailand work collaboratively around the clock to build our PCRS platform that automates the full administration lifecycle of all extended warranties, F&I products, and service contracts for our customers.

What You ll Do

The Sr. Full Stack .NET Developer will lead the development, testing, and support of our customer-facing web applications, predominantly using ASP.NET, MVC, and SQL Server. As a Senior Developer, you will be deeply involved in the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) and collaborate closely with other senior developers, architects, and key stakeholders to ensure top-notch solutions.

In this role, You Will

  • Maintain and optimize our existing application suite.
  • Design, code, and implement new features based on gathered requirements.
  • Ensure the quality of your work through unit testing and documentation.
  • Resolve production issues efficiently, minimizing any potential impact on our users.
  • Collaborate with team members to derive innovative solutions and streamline processes.
  • Convert business requirements into viable technical solutions, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Continuously keep up to date with technological changes and trends to drive innovation.


What You ll Need to Join Our Team

Experience

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ASP.Net and MVC.
  • Demonstrated expertise as a Full Stack .NET Software Developer.
  • Proficiency in SQL with a strong foundation in SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with .NET Core solutions and adept at troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with web technologies including HTML 5, CSS 3, jQuery, and JavaScript.
  • Solid understanding of Web Services and REST API implementation.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of general programming concepts.
  • Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) will be considered an advantage.
  • Familiarity with the SCRUM methodology and project management tools like JIRA is beneficial.
