Summary:
The ideal candidate will have experience with Agile methodology, PO certification, and specific expertise in Kronos Workforce Central and PRO platforms. This role involves managing the product backlog, prioritizing user stories, and working closely with Product Managers and other teams to ensure successful delivery of product increments.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the Product Manager's objectives
  • Drive iteration goals, product enhancements, and ensure technical integrity of solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to manage risks, scope trade-offs, and dependencies
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt
  • Use Agile processes and metrics to guide team progress and improvements
  • Ensure team feedback is incorporated into continuous improvement efforts

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Required:
  • Experience with Agile methodology
  • Product Owner (PO) certification
  • Expertise in Kronos Workforce Central and PRO platforms
  • Preferred:
  • Experience with Kronos Dimension
  • Familiarity with SAFe principles, Kanban, and Scrum
  • Experience with Fibonacci estimation and Agile planning tools
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management, collaboration, and problem-solving
