Description:
Working across the key competency areas of Cyber Security; Cyber Defense, Governance, Risk and Compliance,
Identity and Access Management and Security Services, the role will be responsible for overseeing the successful
delivery of Global Cyber Security program of work to enhance the oversight and management of existing
cybersecurity controls. Ensure security solutions and technology are delivered in a manner that achieves the
objectives of the business as defined by the Global Cyber Security Leadership team.
As a newly created functional area within the Global Cyber team, initially the position will be required to work
alongside the Global Security Program Director assisting to setup a global program/project delivery function,
governance framework, processes and procedures.
In unison with regional PMOs and Security competency program managers, the role will oversee and apply
appropriate oversight and governance to ensure delivery of project objectives in accordance with the Global
Security Project Delivery framework. Framing and guiding the successful implementation and operationalization of
technology, people and processes in line with the cyber strategy and program roadmap to reduce risk across the
business.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)
? Be responsible for the overall governance and management of global security program delivery, from
ideation through inception to completion.
? Align security initiatives with the organization's overall cyber security strategy, ensuring that security
efforts support and enhance business goals. Expectations for consumption of security solutions are
understood, accepted and operational impacts established and communicated to operational teams to
contract appropriately.
? Embed a program management and structured delivery service into the global enterprise security team.
Develop and implement a prescribed framework to manage ideation, prioritization, scoping, cross
program dependencies, planning, change administration and carriage of projects. Document and
publicize new processes in collaboration with key stakeholders, global security and regional IT operations
teams to entrench into project delivery.
? Develop achievable roadmaps and report on the status of program management plans, incorporating
project deliverables, scheduling, budgeting, and key project milestones. Effective co-ordination of the
global security program's projects and management of inter-dependencies including oversight of any
risks and issues. Manage, communicate, and mitigate escalated program risks and issues. Report to
senior management implications and agree appropriate path forward.
? Guide the production of robust business cases; clear scope of work, benefits, and high confidence of
costs, resources and schedules.
? Ensure key strategic projects are developed in accordance with rigorous business cases, appropriate
scope, sequencing, and interdependencies are proactively managed. 1) Appropriate discovery is
undertaken to establish scope. 2) Use cases are developed in conjunction with business stakeholders and
regional technology leaders. 3) Scope, objectives, critical success factors (CSF), and comprehensive
(functional and non-functional) requirements are documented, agreed, and signed off by all stakeholders
and regional CIOs.
? Manage, measure, and monitor programs through defined stage gates (Global Security Project
Delivery framework), to ensure mandatory requirements are realized before proceeding to next phase.
? Help to ensure collaboration among subsidiaries, regional IT, PMO and security project teams. Managing
communications with key stakeholders (e.g. global executives). Managing both the dependencies and
the interfaces between regional IT and business programs alongside the Global Cyber Program Director.

? Accountable for ensuring global Security budgets are managed appropriately, monthly forecasts are
established and tracked, with over/under runs distributed appropriately across the portfolio.
? Assist with executive reporting.
? Manage a geographically diverse range of program managers, business & technical stakeholders, and
third-party vendors to successfully deliver the security program. Guide, lead and direct effective project
teams (globally) to design, build and implement valuable and secure solutions to enhance business
objectives.
? Excellent documentation and conceptual strategic thinking abilities are required. Must be able to
breakdown ideas/recommendations into simple, well-articulated, easily understood tasks that are
achievable.
? Communication and change management a key element of delivery. Work in collaboration with relevant
regional or cross functional teams to ensure effective communication and change management plans are
in place and executed across regions.
? Review, manage and approve changes to scope through a formally defined scope change process
including implications to program outcomes, resources, schedules, and budget
