Job Title: Senior Repair Technician
Location: Shepherdsville, KY (100% onsite)
6 month contract to hire
Rate: $22-$30/hr
(Expected Conversion Salary: $65k - $70k annually)
Shift: First Shift (8am - 5pm), Flexible Scheduling
Company Overview: Our client is a small start up, dynamic company specializing in refurbishing old electronics and gaming consoles. Our office setting offers
lots of natural light, some cubical space, and a tech casual workplace environment.
Tops Skill Required/Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and coach a team of 7 technicians in diagnosing and troubleshooting electronic devices.
Oversee electronic repairs involving (but not limited to) disk drives, USB ports, HDMI ports, motherboards, and micro soldering.
Take ownership of repair processes and ensure high-quality standards and offer suggestions to management.
Maintain an organized workspace and manage repair tickets using Repair Desk.
Qualifications:
2+ years of professional experience with disk drives, USB ports, HDMI ports, motherboards, and micro soldering.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to train and coach a team on KPI's.
Ability to work with other management / owners to execute plans and timelines.
