Description:
You will work with the operations team to forecast vehicle & solution deployment, develop preventive maintenance plans, prepare, and complete action plans; implement changes, customer-service standards; assist to resolve problems; identify service trends and determine system/process improvements. It will be expected to own the communication and management of any service issue or escalation internally and externally and be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient service to our customers.

Experience working with ERP systems - their system is unique and there is a learning curve so needs to be very tech-savvy
Minimum a High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience (need client services, account management type experience)
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Working knowledge of MS office components (MUST have pivot tables, very strong excel)
Proven ability to work under pressure and with ambiguity
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to focus on key customer needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
