Top Skills' Details:
- Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and ITSM is required.
- The lifecycle steps around Asset Management include Forecasting, Request, Receiving, Servicing/Updating, Decommission, and Disposal.
- Ability to manage these lifecycle steps, with strong analyst skills to design, deliver requirements to a ServiceNow development team, test, deploy, and monitor new lifecycle process improvements through data analytics.
- ServiceNow CMDB/ITSM (e.g., Incidents, Requests, Problem Tickets) experience preferred, but experience with other CMDB and ITSM tools will also be considered.

- Additional relevant skills or certifications in IT Asset Management or related fields.
Job Description: Our client's PC Depot handles all requests for employee hardware and software. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a ServiceNow system and will be responsible for the following:
- Ordering end-user requested hardware and software.
- Fulfilling end-user software requests and assigning software licenses.
- Conducting compliance checks for IT Asset Management Systems.
- Performing reconciliation tasks, including reconciling data pertaining to our IT Asset Management Database, specifically PC data and cell phone data.
